Overview

The Claims Quality Analyst Role is accountable for the identification and disbursement of quality work within the team, collaborating closely with the Quality Team and Data Analytic partners.

In Short

  • Design, develop, and maintain monthly Performer and Diagnostic Quality Reviews.
  • Build targeted questionnaires in the audit platform.
  • Collaborate with requestors to ensure forms and review approaches meet desired outcomes.
  • Assist with targeted review reporting and collaborate with the CI team.
  • Use sampling data to manage assignments to meet metrics.
  • Coordinate alignment sessions with Quality Team and Delivery partners.
  • Provide technical support based on feedback requests.
  • Complete training with frontline leaders on Quality Management Tool.
  • Manage high complexity projects independently.
  • Foster innovative thinking and explore new ideas.

Requirements

  • Expert skills in team leadership and conflict management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau and Explorer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong consultative and customer focus skills.
  • Ability to manage high complexity projects independently.
  • Change agility and systems thinking.
  • Familiarity with a variety of LOB concepts and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Strong presentation skills.
