Overview

This role involves acting as the conscience keeper for the business, observing and reporting objectively while continuously seeking improvements through various audits.

In Short

Perform teammate audits and compliance checks.
Conduct root cause analysis for customer satisfaction metrics.
Coach teammates for performance improvement.
Participate in strategic projects for the campaign/LOB.
Identify and escalate quality issues.
Suggest process/system improvements based on customer concerns.
Drive quality initiatives and campaigns.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the campaign.
Accomplish other responsibilities assigned by management.
Be updated on knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

Proficient in B2/C1 English and Hebrew.
Minimum 1 year of work experience as a quality analyst.
Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with quality tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates initiative and good judgment.
Ability to manage conflicts effectively.
