Overview

The Auto Claims team at Allstate is seeking a Claims Manager to lead a national team of Auto Claim Advisors. This role involves providing operational leadership, analyzing performance metrics, and improving customer service and employee engagement.

In Short

  • Manage a national team of Auto Claim Advisors.
  • Support Regional Directors in achieving performance objectives.
  • Provide detailed analysis to improve financial performance.
  • Develop employees through coaching and feedback.
  • Implement optimal organization design and alignment of roles.
  • Enhance customer service and efficiency through continuous improvement.
  • Ensure performance plans are in place for all direct reports.
  • Participate in Talent Pool Assessments.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of Auto Claim experience required.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills needed.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Auto Claim experience.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Completion of CIP designation preferred.
  • Level 3 NB adjuster's license required.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of Claims Best Practices.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Strong management systems knowledge.
  • Ability to handle complex issues and negotiations.
