Overview

The Sales and Agency Engagement Support Specialist Apprentice at Allstate is responsible for supporting Sales Leaders and the agency force to drive profitable growth and attain business goals while gaining foundational knowledge in personal lines insurance.

In Short

  • Part-time position, 20 to 40 hours per week.
  • Hourly pay between $18 and $25.
  • Manage agency webinars and audience engagement.
  • Create materials for presentations and informational resources.
  • Support internal Sales programs and agency best practices.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Basic public speaking skills.
  • Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to create engaging presentation materials.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage digital resources and track trends.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
  • Must be located within the US (excluding certain states).
