Requirements

  • Experience in Ohio and/or Connecticut casualty claims preferred.
  • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 60 days of hire.
