Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in employment-based immigration.
• Knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and other employment laws.
• Prior in-house counsel experience preferred.
• Familiarity with I-9 platforms and immigration case management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel as required.
