Immigration Counsel - Remote

Overview

Commure is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Immigration Counsel to manage all U.S. employment-based immigration matters across the company, ensuring timely, compliant processing.

In Short

• Own the full lifecycle of U.S. immigration matters including various visa processes.
• Draft, prepare, and review immigration-related documents and filings.
• Maintain accurate and organized compliance records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on immigration questions.
• Manage immigration calendars and ensure timely renewals and filings.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams on onboarding and strategic visa planning.
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates to internal processes.
• Engage outside immigration counsel for complex matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership.
• 5+ years of U.S. employment-based immigration experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume immigration casework independently.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with immigration case tracking systems preferred.
