Overview

The Senior Diversion Specialist is responsible for managing the sale of recyclable commodities, focusing on order management, customer service, and logistics, while working closely with the materials marketing manager.

In Short

• Manage sales orders for outbound commodity shipments.
• Coordinate accounting functions between customers and business units.
• Assist with collections and payment reconciliation.
• Organize shipments from recycling centers.
• Provide industry-best customer service to national accounts.
• Run credit reports for new vendors.
• Support and train division contacts on relevant functions.

Requirements

• Experience with Trux software preferred.
• 2 years of logistics and account support experience.
• 2 years of accounting and sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple objectives and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
