Recruitment Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Recruitment Advisor will support the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment program, leveraging a team of recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring needs.

In Short

• Assist hiring managers throughout the contract labor acquisition process.
• Prepare insightful questions for requisition intake sessions.
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements and supplier sourcing strategies.
• Coach and oversee the performance of staffing suppliers.
• Document client/supplier issues and track resolution.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs and vendor compliance.
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports.
• Provide constant interaction with clients and staffing vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to speak and write in English & Vietnamese.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline preferred.
