Recruitment Advisor (Vietnamese Speaker) - Remote

Overview

The Recruitment Advisor will support the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment program, leveraging a team of recruitment agencies to facilitate the recruitment process.

In Short

• Assist hiring managers with the contract labor acquisition process
• Prepare insightful questions for requisition intake sessions
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements and advise managers
• Coach and oversee performance of staffing suppliers
• Document client/supplier issues and track resolutions
• Monitor performance against contract SLA’s and compliance
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports
• Provide constant interaction with clients and staffing vendors

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in high-volume recruitment
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• A tertiary qualification in business or related discipline is desirable
