BSA & Fraud Manager - Remote

Overview

The BSA & Fraud Manager is responsible for administering the Credit Union’s Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) compliance program, as well as managing the Fraud Program to proactively identify fraudulent activity and prevent losses.

• Administers BSA, AML, and OFAC compliance programs.

• Conducts risk assessments and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Provides coaching and development to direct reports.
• Files necessary regulatory reports, including SARs and CTRs.
• Analyzes industry trends and compliance changes.
• Coordinates BSA and fraud training programs.
• Acts as the contact for auditors and law enforcement on compliance matters.
• Models and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Maintains current knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• CAMS certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS products and adaptable to new technologies.
