Overview

All One Credit Union is seeking an experienced banking professional excited to work with students in an in-school credit union branch setting in Worcester, MA. The High School Branch Supervisor & Educator oversees the ongoing activities of the high school branch, including organizing the high school student’s teller training, facilitating the banking program curriculum, and promoting financial education in the school and community.

• Oversee daily operations of the high school credit union branch.
• Train students in teller responsibilities and banking operations.
• Facilitate financial education and banking curriculum.
• Promote the credit union in the school and community.
• Administer exams and maintain student records.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational procedures.
• Build relationships with students and faculty.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Work remotely up to 2 days per week during school breaks.
• Supervise all students in the high school branch.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of teller and member service experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent member service delivery.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
• Proficient with office equipment and computer systems.
• Ability to travel within branch network.
