Product Manager II - Client Solutions - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager II - Client Solutions, you’ll blend strategic product leadership with the operational coordination necessary to support client-facing development initiatives. This role is responsible for working with clients to shape the product roadmap for their Alkami digital banking solution, guiding successful feature development, managing cross-team programs, and ensuring effective communication and alignment between internal teams and clients.

• Work with clients to define, manage and evolve a development roadmap for their Alkami digital banking solution.
• Launch complex product features from concept to release.
• Guide and mentor junior product team members across multiple geographic locations.
• Follow Alkami product development standards.
• Lead regular client engagement routines to drive and refine the client roadmap.
• Act as the primary liaison across internal teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Balance collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and track program metrics and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management and/or program management in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex software products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and client-facing programs.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
