Legal Intake Aide (Remote)

Overview

The Legal Intake Aide plays a key role in supporting the intake process for new clients, assisting with case setup and ensuring documentation is completed accurately.

• Assist with file creation for newly signed cases.
• Coordinate client services and schedule appointments.
• Prepare and send additional documentation as needed.
• Draft and send emails and communications to various departments.
• Support Intake with additional administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a legal or administrative support role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with intake procedures or client onboarding is a plus.
• Bilingual fluency is preferred.
