Overview

The Specialist, Clinical Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing robust processes to track and evaluate clinical initiatives focused on quality performance goals and objectives aimed at improving patient outcomes.

• Analyze performance data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field.
• 5 years experience in healthcare, with a focus on quality improvement.
• Ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
• Experience in planning and executing clinical initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Excel, and PowerPoint.
