Overview

The Sr. Zendesk Administrator II serves as the subject matter expert for all Zendesk application support at Aledade, acting as the primary point of contact for support, maintenance, configuration, and enhancement requests.

In Short

  • Handles all Zendesk administrative functions
  • Designs and supports medium to high complexity configurations
  • Performs regular system maintenance according to best practices
  • Troubleshoots issues with Zendesk and related systems
  • Responds to emergency situations for immediate issue resolution
  • Maintains Jira tickets with current status and comments
  • Occasional after-hours support for outages and upgrades
  • 6-8+ years of experience as a Zendesk Administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related major
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related major
  • 6-8+ years of experience as a Zendesk Administrator
  • Zendesk Administrator certified or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work outside business hours as needed
  • Experience with Jira is a plus
