Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Zendesk Administration.
  • BA, BSc, or equivalent certification in relevant fields.
  • C1 fluency in English required.
  • Prior experience managing a Zendesk instance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy emphasis.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize requests.
  • Collaborative team player with independent execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive work approach.
  • Resilient in changing priorities.
