Overview

The ICT Administrator III role involves independently managing and supporting ICT applications, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining service quality for customers.

In Short

• Provide 2nd level INM support.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of customer environments.
• Adhere to internal work instructions and process guidelines.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Manage complex changes and escalate when necessary.
• Act as a technical lead and coordinate activities.
• Serve as a Single Point of Contact for specific customers or technologies.
• Communicate regularly with international colleagues.
• Coordinate internal and vendor support for troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor other employees.

Requirements

• Secondary education.
• Experience with ICT Application Operation & Management.
• Valid certification in relevant technology.
• Expert IT/PC literacy.
• Advanced HW/SW overview.
• Knowledge of Sikom CC 2nd Level, RedHat, Linux, Windows, SQL Database, SIP, TCP-IP.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Upper intermediate German (B2) and intermediate English (B1).
• Overview of ITIL processes.
