Overview

The Senior Manager will guide Aledade’s use of the CMS Virtual Research Data Center, contribute to data development and infrastructure, and use innovative methods to answer pressing business questions. This role involves managing a team of analysts and translating business goals into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing a team of analysts or researchers.
• Advanced degree may substitute for some experience.
• Excellent quantitative analysis abilities.
• Excellent SAS programming skills.
• Knowledge of health care utilization and related outcomes.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
