Overview

The Research Scientist will guide intervention strategy and development in our AI-driven patient outreach space, evaluate the impact of Aledade’s population health interventions, and use innovative methods to answer pressing business questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
• Advanced training in health services research or related fields.
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills in statistics or epidemiology.
• Ability to conduct nuanced analyses and communicate results effectively.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance in work.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health care utilization and quality measurement methods.
• Experience with causal inference methods and research project management.
