Overview

The Earned Value Management (EVM) Master Scheduler for Research & Development (R&D) is a project management professional accountable for developing, maintaining, and evaluating schedules and associated artifacts aligned to EVM principles and contractual requirements.

In Short

• Full-time position reporting to the Vice President of Program and Portfolio Management.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Work closely with Project Managers, Finance, and funding partners.
• Utilize MS Project for schedule development and management.
• Monitor critical paths and key milestones.
• Analyze schedule variances and propose solutions.
• Generate detailed performance reports.
• Communicate schedule status to project leaders.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in EVM theory and project management tools is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expert level experience using MS Project.
• Advanced understanding of EVM principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

• Competitive salary range of $77,000 - $115,000.
