Integrated Master Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for preparing, developing, and coordinating the integrated master plan and schedule to meet all program objectives for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

• Prepares and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensures integration of schedules across functional groups.
• Monitors program schedule performance and performs risk analysis.
• Utilizes project management techniques to gauge progress.
• Updates and prepares reports for customers.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
• 7+ years of planning/scheduling experience required.
• Experience with scheduling software like Open Plan and Microsoft Project.
• Active VA Public Trust preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration or related field.
• 7+ years of planning/scheduling experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in building compliant Integrated Master Schedules.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience with scheduling software (i.e. - Open Plan and Microsoft Project).
• Ability to present data meaningfully to stakeholders.
• Developing compliant program schedules.
• Preparing regular Integrated Master Schedule updates.
• Monitoring progress against scheduled activities.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and requirements.
