Overview

The Manager for Sabin’s Gavi-funded MVLA Research Objectives will oversee the launch of the work stream and provide consistent program management leadership and support over the course of the research project.

In Short

• Temporary position for 10 months, up to 20 hours per week.
• Remote work, US only.
• Oversee the launch of the MVLA research objectives.
• Manage activities and deliverables linked to child health interventions.
• Lead outreach and coordination with project partners.
• Support execution of partner sub-agreements.
• Track project implementation and communicate with leadership.
• Prepare project updates and reports.
• Provide administrative support for project-related documents.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables to Gavi.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, higher degree preferred.
• 7+ years relevant experience in international development or global health.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Zoom.
• Knowledge of implementation science theories and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design approaches.
• Proven experience in conducting implementation science studies.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in furthering Sabin’s mission.
