Senior IT Operations Specialist - Remote

At Apryse we rely on IT systems to power the solutions that help consumers around the world. We’re seeking an experienced senior IT operations specialist who has the technological skills to help solve the toughest challenges. This person will analyze current systems and assets, analyze, diagnose and solve complex user issues, and help manage our internal SaaS systems. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge to handle complex problems, security, migrations, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. The senior IT operations specialist will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day effectiveness of our employees.

In Short

• Advanced user problem diagnosis within EMEA and APAC regions
• Root cause analysis of user issues
• Purchases, Intune/Jamf setups, configures and maintains devices
• Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory (MDM)
• Coordinates equipment shipments and receivables, as well as processes surplus equipment in accordance with ITS procedures.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in IT operations
• Deep knowledge of management systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, E5 policies), equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
• Strong creative and analytical thinking
