Overview

The Wind Hub Manager is responsible for leading a multi-site service hub, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and strong customer relationships while managing daily operations and team performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, including leadership roles.
• 3 years of experience in field services or a related role in the energy industry.
• Technical certification in Wind Energy or Electrical/Electronic field preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with facility control systems.
• Experience with heavy equipment and hydraulic power tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Comprehensive writing skills for reporting purposes.
• Ability to collaborate with various personnel levels.
