Overview

As a Staff Technical Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer success and fostering growth throughout the post-sales lifecycle, focusing on digital solutions and customer advocacy.

  • Manage account operations for Premier Support and Escalated accounts.

  • Utilize technical expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
  • Lead small projects or support contracts as needed.
  • Work across different time zones and respond to contacts outside normal hours.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Technical experience with GEV ADMS Series 6 PowerOn Advantage.
  • Experience in IT software support.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Ability to influence others and build consensus.
  • Willingness to work across different time zones.
  • Experience leading programs/projects.
