Overview

The Quality Manager - Nuclear Operations Training Instructor will provide expertise in analyzing technical learning needs and designing training solutions for the nuclear industry.

In Short

• Design and develop Initial Certification/License Training Programs.
• Maintain Operations Training KSA Analysis/Catalogue(s).
• Contribute to Continuing Training Programs for operators.
• Lead training program reviews for effectiveness evaluation.
• Support training initiatives with travel to various sites.
• Engage with internal, customer, and regulatory venues.
• Work collaboratively with other training instructors.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Implement corrective actions for training improvements.
• Utilize various software applications for training management.

Requirements

• Certified Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Instructor.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of training experience in nuclear industry.
• Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
• Experience with Computer-Based Training (CBT) implementation.
• Ability to handle complex technical information.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in training program development under INPO and NRC frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and multimedia training content.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
