Lead Warranty Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Lead Warranty Engineer will manage warranty cases raised by customers and coordinate with various teams to resolve warranty issues, ensuring effective execution and fulfillment of extended scope claims.

• Manage all warranty cases and coordinate closure with multiple teams.
• Evaluate customer claims and conduct initial investigations.
• Organize engineering and financial reviews for warranty claims.
• Coordinate with regional teams on warranty events and activities.
• Drive project-level cost control and schedule tracking.
• Conduct weekly meetings to discuss open defects and project status.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English and Mandarin.

• Lead and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience in power generation equipment installation and support.
• Ability to relocate within Taiwan as needed.
• Strong budget management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and action plan execution abilities.
• Experience with GEV contractual commitments is a plus.
