Overview

The Warranty Data Engineer will work at Nissan Technical Centre Europe, focusing on developing and standardizing warranty data flows and reporting to enhance efficiencies in warranty and goodwill operations.

In Short

  • Analyze and improve existing warranty data flows.
  • Develop standard reporting tools for warranty data.
  • Benchmark warranty reporting practices within and outside the AMIEO region.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent warranty reporting.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations.
  • Support cross-functional activities to enhance customer experience quality.
  • Engage with functional teams for auditing warranty claims.
  • Utilize SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft tools for data analysis.
  • Work in a flexible environment with a remote working policy.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analytics and visualization.

  • Ability to create front-end tools using Power Apps or SharePoint.
  • Practical experience in database creation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with warranty reporting is a plus.
