Overview

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing profit and loss, and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively coordinating project-related activities and resources.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute design, build, and installation support activities.
• Manage contract requirements, cost, quality, and schedule constraints.
• Maintain accurate project milestone tracking.
• Accountable for project revenue and cash collection targets.
• Facilitate day-to-day operations and project reviews.
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues/risks affecting customer satisfaction.
• Drive cross-functional teams and communicate results effectively.
• Travel 25% of the time as required.
• Eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance is necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP and PMP certification preferred.
• Background in the Marine Industry is desirable.
• Technical knowledge of power conversion products.
• Ability to prioritize workload and adjust work activities.
• Competence in decision-making regarding task completion.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Ability to adhere to departmental policies and practices.
