Overview

The Grid Automation Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all project contractual activities, ensuring compliance and effective management of contracts from handover to completion.

• Manage all project contractual activities and obligations.

• Develop and implement the Project Contract Commercial Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Contract & Claim Management.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.
• Experience in complex negotiations and contract management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of electrical transmission or power projects.
• In-depth knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational rigor.
