Overview

The DERMS Quality Assurance Lead will engage with utility clients to provide technical testing leadership in the planning, design, and build of strategic Test Strategies, ensuring solutions align with business needs.

In Short

• Lead testing activities for projects.
• Define success criteria and author Master Test Plans.
• Engage with utility clients to understand their business needs.
• Participate in the Requirements Management phase.
• Log defect reports and perform retests as required.
• Collaborate with development teams during the development cycle.
• Define user acceptance testing processes.
• Communicate test progress and results.
• Analyze user story requirements for testability.
• Drive product issues and risks to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience.
• 10+ years of Quality Assurance testing experience.
• Experience with Cloud/Web-based applications.
• Test automation experience with automated testing tools.
• Exceptional communication and crisis management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with emerging energy industry trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing estimates and proposals.
• Master’s degree and AWS Certification are nice to have.
