Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our existing contractual customers, while generating controls aftermarket services growth in the existing contractual customer base.

  • Manage post-sales relationships with assigned contracts.
  • Drive growth in aftermarket services for existing customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer-related issues.
  • Develop specialized knowledge in industrial controls.
  • Maintain proactive long-term relationships with customers.
  • Execute engagement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide continuous feedback to internal teams.
  • Manage contract setup, delivery, and financials.
  • Educate customers on product value and upsell opportunities.
  • 50% travel required.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or relevant experience in industrial controls.
  • Experience with GE Controls Products and Mark VIe control system.
  • 10 years of experience with GE control product systems.
  • 6 years in OT Cyber Security or related fields.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
