As a founding member of our revenue organization, you will play a vital role in building and scaling our growth engine at AirOps.

• Create and manage email campaigns for outbound leads.
• Assemble lists of potential leads and manage outreach efforts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders for campaign execution.
• Select the best tools for prospecting and marketing automation.
• Set up and integrate automation tools for sales efforts.
• Use tools to enrich lead data for accurate outreach.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Thrives in a high growth tech environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A genuine curiosity around AI.
