• Ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate technical trade-offs.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Machine Learning powered products.
• Proven track record of delivering backend solutions.
• Ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
