Internal Reporting Analyst - Remote

We are seeking to implement the best practices we provide to our clients to our own internal use cases.

In Short

• Manage and maintain internal data stack, including Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models in dbt for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements.
• Build and maintain Sigma dashboards for timely insights.
• Manage the rollout of analytical use cases from pilot to production.
• Monitor data quality and ensure integrity and governance.
• Identify opportunities for process automation in data pipelines.
• Act as the go-to expert for leveraging internal data for strategic decisions.
• Work independently on internal use cases and small analytic projects.
• Contribute to best practices and innovative ideas in reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma Computing.
• Proficient in SQL and optimizing data queries.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and ETL processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup environments.
• Exposure to Python or other scripting languages.
