In Short

Lead the design, development, and implementation of accurate and robust AI algorithms for medical data with a hands-on approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product managers and clinical data experts.
Design and conduct research and experimentation to improve algorithm performance and accuracy.
Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
Provide strategic direction and technical mentoring to elevate the capabilities of the AI team.

Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI/DL algorithms.
Proven track record of leading AI projects and delivering AI solutions to commercial success.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant AI/ML frameworks.
Experience in both computer vision and NLP is highly desirable.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
