In Short

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of accurate and robust AI algorithms for medical data with a hands-on approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product managers and clinical data experts.
• Design and conduct research and experimentation to improve algorithm performance and accuracy.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
• Provide strategic direction and technical mentoring to elevate the capabilities of the AI team.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI/DL algorithms.
• Proven track record of leading AI projects and delivering AI solutions to commercial success.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience in both computer vision and NLP is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
