Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer at Agiloft, you will lead the architecture and development of critical components of our data-first contract lifecycle management platform, influencing the software's roadmap and ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Extensive frontend and backend development experience in a SaaS architecture.
• Fluency in JavaScript and Java (JEE experience preferred).
• Deep knowledge of OO programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js.
• Ability to craft CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code frameworks like Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
• Proficiency in AI tools for software development lifecycle.
