E-commerce Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The E-commerce Marketing Coordinator will support the e-commerce team of a clean skincare brand by ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns and managing the Shopify storefront.

In Short

• Monitor daily site performance and flag any merchandising or UX issues.
• Maintain site infrastructure including inventory syncs and platform integrations.
• Support order flow and data accuracy across systems.
• Document workflows and operational improvements for e-commerce tools.
• Assist in updating site content including product pages and blog updates.
• Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure site content is accurate and on-brand across all sales channels.
• Support SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.

Requirements

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to identify and solve problems autonomously.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and related tools.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and UX best practices.
• Site merchandising experience.
