Overview

The Molecular Oncology Specialist’s (MOS) primary responsibilities are to develop and successfully execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of revenue goals for oncology services by focusing on strategic selling opportunities of Agendia franchise products within the assigned territory of Arizona and Utah.

In Short

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for oncology services.
  • Manage accounts in assigned territory including hospitals and oncologists.
  • Drive new oncology business and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and training.
  • Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Travel independently throughout the defined territory.
  • Analyze territory for business opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing on regional trends.
  • Maintain database of customers in Salesforce.
  • Present at quarterly sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years in field sales in related industries.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of oncology products and market.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to establish relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ethical standards in business practices.
