In Short

• Own and operate Aurora’s internal finance system (Vantage).
• Review and manage general ledger and journal entries.
• Oversee all financial inflows and outflows.
• Ensure accurate attribution of financial transactions.
• Manage and reconcile transactions across various platforms.
• Prepare P&L and financial reports.
• Maintain financial documentation and processes.
• Improve financial controls for scalability.
• Work with developers and leadership on financial flows.
• Ensure real-time accuracy across global entities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Deep knowledge of double-entry accounting.
• Experience with multi-step reconciliation.
• Understanding of tax filing in Hong Kong.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and margin tracking.
• Experience preparing monthly financial reports.
• Clear communicator with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
