Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director, Data Science & Analytics (Retention) to join our growing Data Science & Analytics team at AG1. The position will be responsible for overseeing the data science and analytics efforts within Customer Advocacy & Retention group.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in data science and analytics.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data manipulation tools.
• Experience with marketing attribution models and customer segmentation.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and retention metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in building churn prediction models and CLV analyses.
• Experience with CRM systems and retention marketing tools.
• Experience in the direct-to-consumer or e-commerce industry.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
