Overview

AG1 is looking for a Data Analyst to support our B2B and Retail Partnerships teams by leveraging data insights, visualization, and analytics to drive business growth.

• Analyze retail and B2B performance data to identify actionable trends.
• Develop SQL queries and data pipelines for data integration.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau for partner performance visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Track key performance metrics for retail and B2B initiatives.
• Model shopper behavior and analyze promotional activities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through dashboards and presentations.
• Maintain robust data pipelines and implement data quality checks.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders.
• Work in a remote environment with a focus on health and wellness.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with syndicated data services for insights.
• Proficient in SQL and cloud-based environments like Snowflake.
• Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau and Excel.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Comfortable with structured and unstructured data.
• Highly curious and detail-oriented.
• Experience with sales or retail analytics.
• Bonus: Experience with Python or R.
