AfterShip is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead and execute our global partnership initiatives. This high-impact leadership role involves developing, cultivating, and scaling strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and innovation for AfterShip.

In Short

  • Lead AfterShip’s global strategic partnerships strategy.
  • Own and close high-value deals with tech platforms and agencies.
  • Define scalable partner programs including onboarding and co-marketing.
  • Mentor a distributed partnerships team across APAC and North America.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Set and manage KPIs to track partnership success and ROI.
  • Represent AfterShip at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in partnership management or business development.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce industry and logistics.
  • Excellent commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and work across time zones.
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused with a bias for action.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams is a plus.
