Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operational risk or related functions.
• Demonstrated ownership of risk or controls programs.
• Strong data skills, including SQL and reporting development.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with audit or regulatory readiness programs is a plus.
