• Join the Employment Legal and Ethics team as Senior Counsel.
• Manage Affirm’s internal ethics program and conduct investigations.
• Advise on US employment legal matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy development.
• Conduct training and communication initiatives.
• Provide legal advice on employment matters.
• Draft and review employment agreements and policies.
• Monitor legal developments and educate key partners.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited US law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Solid knowledge of key US employment laws.
• High level of integrity and personal ethics.
• Client-service excellence focus.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in using new technologies.
• (Plus) Association of Workplace Investigations Certificate Holder CH-AWI.
