In Short

• Provide day-to-day advisory support on labor and employment.
• Formulate and review employment-related contracts and policies.
• Prepare standard documentation for the employment life cycle.
• Assist in conducting administrative investigations.
• Represent the company at mediation conferences.
• Manage litigation matters with outside counsel.
• Support the global People team with labor and employment advice.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts.
• Proficiency in Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
