• 7+ years in Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing in direct-to-consumer brands.
• A strategic marketing mindset with attention to detail.
• Full-funnel planning expertise and command of paid media strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in marketing metrics.
• Proven experience in developing integrated marketing plans.
• Deep understanding of the British retail market.
• Online retail marketing expertise.
• Experience writing creative briefs and iterating based on insights.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action.
• Outstanding communication skills across teams.
