Requirements

• 7+ years in Partner, Performance, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Experience in co-developing marketing plans across media channels.
• Understanding of CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
• Clear understanding of affiliate tracking models and tools.
• Analytical thinking and data-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence teams and utilize resources effectively.
• Knowledge of the paid media landscape.
• Experience in writing creative briefs and adapting based on insights.
• Expertise in online and in-store retail marketing.
