Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Passion for improving consumer financial services.
• Experience managing a high-performing engineering team.
• Fluency in back end development.
• Experience with consumer scale products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of loans lifecycle is a plus.
